Information Technology Group, Inc. (ITG) provided administrative and technical support for the: planning, design, implementation, analysis and management of various surveys supporting the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic (SSC LANT) Organizational Performance Engineering and the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). For this Survey Management initiative, ITG provided engineering and technical support for the: planning, design, implementation, analysis and management of various surveys supporting SSC Atlantic (SSC LANT) Balanced Scorecard (BSC). A BSC initiative - referred to as, "Survey Management" - has been ranked as the second most important strategic initiative for SSC LANT from a total field of ninety - two ITG provided: data collection, data analysis, and statistical report generation services to determine: end user assessment of software applications, process knowledge and awareness, process performance and efficiency, and end-user satisfaction. ITG used surveys as its primary source of data collection. ITG developed Software Application Assessment surveys to measure the performance of applications, such as TCAC, USMC Communications Systems, Navy ERP, and TacMobile GCCS-M. ITG also developed Fleet Technical Assist, Help Desk and Post Installation surveys to measure the performance of Support Teams. ITG developed surveys to capture information regarding: asset status to support asset management; and information documentation procedures to support records management. ITG developed Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Surveys to evaluate the performance of processes which were improved using LSS concepts to support business process improvement. Last Three Years Experience 3.5 - System Design Documentation and Technical Data Support ITG currently provides documentation and technical data services for the Naval Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS) Subject Matter Expertise (SME) services for the NTCSS Relational Supply (R-Supply) Application Software Modernization Proof of Concept as a subcontractor to Leidos. This Proof of Concept includes design, development and integration efforts necessary to ensure that the modernized code provides equivalent functionality, meets all security and Information Assurance (IA) requirements, and can be fully integrated, accreditable, and interoperable with existing interfacing systems and system deployment platforms. 3.11 - Quality Assurance (QA) Support ITG developed and administered surveys for the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic (SSC LANT) to assess the quality of applications, such as Technical Control and Analysis Center (TCAC), United States Marine Corps (USMC) Communications Systems, Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and TacMobile Global Command and Control System - Maritime (GCCS-M). ITG also developed Fleet Technical Assist, Help Desk and Post Installation surveys to measure the performance of Support Teams. 3.21 - Functional and Administrative Support ITG provided administrative and technical support for the: planning, design, implementation, analysis and management of various surveys supporting the SSC LANT Organizational Performance Engineering and the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). ITG provides clerical and administrative support services including: drafting emails, developing Excel spreadsheets, and developing PowerPoint presentations. ITG currently provides administrative and technical support for the: planning, design, implementation, analysis and management of various surveys supporting the SSC LANT Organizational Performance Engineering and the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). ITG also provides analytical services in support of SSC LANT Organizational Performance Engineering. This effort generated statistical data relating to: organization climate, strategic goals and objectives, and performance measures. |
